Do I pay a fee to cash out?

We do not charge any fees. Your bank may impose a transfer fee.

Starting from January 8, 2026, Ziina will charge 1 AED per cash out (excluding any bank fees) to cover operational costs and to fund upcoming improvements to our cash out service.
